Already as a tool mechanic I questioned processes and management decisions. However, my leverage was not sufficient for major changes. This sparked my motivation to study. As a graduate industrial engineer (FH) I gained a lot of experience in lean management, process optimization, ERP systems and change management. In 2003 I started as a freelancer and together with Peter founded our consulting firm GOLEAN in 2010 to be able to implement individual, honest and sustainable concepts for our clients.

The slow implementation speed of process optimizations made me despair after my training as a toolmaker. In the later course of my professional development (master mechanical engineer, REFA expert, positions: trainer, production planner, head of final assembly, head of maintenance, introduction of lean production, production manager) I was able to gain practical experience which decisively helped me to implement sustainable process optimizations with the focus on people. Since my self-employment in 2005 and from 2010 with Guido, we have been facing the requirements of our customers together with pleasure.
